Intellectual property litigation

We are seasoned, effective IP litigators in all areas of IP. We litigate about IP infringements and (in)validity of patents, trademarks and designs. And on ancillary measures: evidence seizure, seizure of infringing products or machinery, ex parte infringement injunctions, sampling and customs measures. We solve problems if they cannot be circumvented. We represent clients before the Dutch courts, the Court of Justice of the EU, the Benelux Court of Justice, EUIPO and BOIP. In cross-border cases, we work closely with lawyers from our international network. We coordinate EU-wide infringement actions for many domestic and international clients.

Our IP litigation partners Maarten Haak and Moïra Truijens have experience as deputy judges in the Court of Appeal of Arnhem-Leeuwarden and the Court of Appeal of Den Bosch respectively. This enables them to see the court’s perspective, which benefits our clients in complex litigation matters.

Our billing is fully transparent and we are happy to consider alternative fee structures. For your convenience we can provide regular fee updates, enabling maximum cost control.
